SplFileInfo::getOwner — Gets the owner of the file
Description

Gets the file owner. The owner ID is returned in numerical format.
Parameters
This function has no parameters.
Return Values
The owner id in numerical format.
Errors/Exceptions
Throws RuntimeException on error.
